Description

This pencil?s wax texture allows to control unruly brows, while subtle pigments allow the user to fill in sparse gaps in the eyebrows for extra definition. An eyebrow pencil and an eye sponge on opposite ends ensure easy application and blending.

How To Use

Apply in the direction of hair growth. - Use highlighting concealer or a pencil of your choice and apply along lower eyebrow to achieve a more defined shape. Blend accordingly.
