To add intensity to the color, apply the Prep + Prime 24-hour eye primer.
Apply to the eye area (eyelid and crease) using a 239 brush, dab lightly to add intensity to the color.
Apply all over the mobile eyelid using the 217S brush, make a circular motion to blend and diffuse the colors on the skin.
